Refund Policy

A. Processing Time
• Refunds typically take 7–10 working days after approval.
• Processing begins once Harivanga confirms eligibility based on refund type.
• Refund includes product price + shipping fees (if applicable).
B. Refund Types
1. Returns:
Refund issued after item reaches the warehouse and passes quality check (QC).
2. Canceled Orders:
Refund auto-initiated upon successful cancellation.
C. Conditions for Returns
1. Product must be:
o Unused, undamaged, and defect-free.
o Returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories
o Packed securely (no tape/stickers on manufacturer’s box).
2. Include order number and return tracking number on the package.
3. Collect the Return Acknowledgment Form during drop-off/pickup for reference.
