• For Professionals: Free to join; fees may apply for leads/premium services.

• For Users: Currently free, but Harivanga reserves the right to introduce fees.

• Refunds: Non-refundable except under specific conditions (e.g., unviewed quotes).

• Harivanga owns all Website content (excluding user submissions).

• Users retain rights to their Submitted Content but grant Harivanga a license to display it.

• Between Users: Harivanga is not liable for disputes; resolve issues directly.

• With Harivanga : Disputes governed by Bangladesh law; arbitration encouraged.

• Harivanga provides the Website "as is"—no warranties on service quality.

• Not liable for user interactions, third-party links, or damages from Website use.

• Harivanga may modify terms anytime; continued use = acceptance.

• Can terminate access for violations without notice.
